Diagnostic Assessment & Consultation
Mental Health Evaluation provided by a licensed clinical social worker. This appointment is generally the initial clinical visit and is used to explore and identify presenting needs and problems, gather your developmental history, and pertinent information. Based on this assessment your clinical goals will be established and expectations and recommendations for treatment will be identified. This initial appointment lays the foundation for a therapeutic partnership of mutual understanding and will help guide your recovery process. This assessment can be applied in the treatment of individuals, couples, and families. This process incorporates different paradigms and perspectives of treating and healing that are not traditionally included in psychotherapy. Based on this assessment we will help create an individualized holistic care plan that will address your needs and help restore balance.
